BMS Sales Engineer ( Building Management Systems)

Job Location : NAFFCO Headquarters, Dubai.

To be successful in this role you must have strong years of experience in Sales & Business development for BMS Products.

  • Preferably with experience in UAE for BMS – Building Management Systems
  • Experienced in BMS Systems including GRMS, PICV, Thermostat & BTU’s.
  • You will be responsible for sales and business development for NAFFCO’ BMS products in UAE.
  • Responsible for managing and increasing sales to achieve sales targets, growth and volume projections.
  • Developing customer relationship and maintain customer database.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates, reports and feedback to Director.
  • Follow-up with the Engineering Department for BOQ and ensure the same has reached the customer as per their specification’s requirement.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering Team for all clarifications and queries which the client raises and ensure that the same is responded to in a timely manner.
  • Develops strong relationship with existing and new customer base regular meetings, organizing sales and product workshops and seminars.

Qualification : Mechanical Engineer or with relevant experience

Minimum of 5 years Experience in the Building Management System.

  • You will have strong experience on Foam Based and Gas Based System (NOVEC, Inergen, FM 200 etc.)
  • Preparation of BOQ of projects based on tender drawings and specification or system requirement for pricing purpose.
  • To verify shop drawing and Calculations based on the system/Client requirements
