Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Director, Global Consulting in delivering consulting projects across multiple markets. The jobholder is required to help in daily tasks, according to project deadlines, with clear attention to details and strict quality expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Consultancy group across a broad range of access strategy, communications and research assignments.
  • Generate meaningful qualitative and quantitative results for consultancy projects through market research results, conducting desk research and/or interviewing 3rd parties.
  • Assist with business development and sales planning efforts, including proposal and marketing material development.
  • Develop good relations across all levels in Axios, as well as clients and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain on-going and frequent communication with Project Team Leaders including Axios regional and global staff.

Educational Background and Experience

  • Strong competency in Excel, PowerPoint and the full MS Office Suite.

DHA Program Assistant Nurse (Homecare)

Position Purpose

The Patient Support Assistant Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in the home that assists patients to achieve optimum health and quality of life in situations of chronic disease.

The Patient Support Assistant Nurse is responsible for the provision and management of effective nursing care to individuals and/or families in the community or in-Patient Support Programs. The Patient Support Nurse works in adherence to the Policies and Procedures set by Axios International and works in accordance with established standards of nursing practices according to local and international rules and regulations

Duties and Responsibilities

Based on the agreed-upon services and workflow, the Patient Support Nurse provides skilled nursing services in accordance with the orders of a physician and under a plan of care. Duties include but not limited to: Carrying out home visits for patient care. Monitoring of vital signs during home care; blood pressure, heart rate, temperature and oximeter statistics. Monitoring of blood glucose levels, and providing teaching and support for patient and family. Administrating medications and instruction on Medication such as Injections, IV’s, inhalation, oral, infusions and rectal. Pain Management Medication monitoring and support for patients with acute or chronic health conditions. Education and counselling, consistent with the type/nature of treatment and/or care management need. Wound assessment and dressing changes and providing general nursing care.

You will need to have strong administration, reporting experience in order to report adverse events and follow rules and regulations regarding AE reporting procedure, reporting any concerns in patient health. You will be required to act in accordance with relevant legislation and company Policies, Standards and Procedures. Effectively assisting the Program Managers in managing the Patient Support Program(s) by liaising with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients. Working closely with the Axios UAE staff to implement the required service(s) for the enrolled patients in the program(s). Attending and completing Pharmacovigilance, Pharma and Product Training provided by the Client with a clear understanding of how to collect and report safety data. Reporting any adverse events/product complaints as per client’s requirements and/or Axios SOPPs

Educational Background and Experience

A Degree in Nursing is required

Must be a licensed Assistant nurse with evidence DHA be enrolled in the syndicate of nurses in UAE

Fluent in Filipino with strong command of both spoken and written English

Job Circumstances

The position is based in our regional office, and it does entail frequent travel to Clients and partners which may be outside your designated region

Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential
