Principal Supervisor – Customer Happiness Centers

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparing and auditing periodic and non-periodic reports on special services, procedures and mechanisms that improve the quality of services and the image of the center in particular on innovation.

  • Supervising the electronic fee collection system in the centers and ensuring that the collected fees actually match what is registered in the system
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities associated with the job and as assigned
  • Ensure that the money collected daily is delivered to the money transfer company after settling it and take receipts of the money that was delivered by the money transfer company
  • Monitor the implementation of the responsibilities and procedures required by the RTA
  • Provide the necessary recommendations to the direct responsible for the development of the center and participate in the selection of the distinguished employee in the center
  • Organizing work mechanisms in the center
  • Supervising the preparation and implementation of the main performance indicators for the center and reception service
  • Communicate with and welcome clients coming to the center
  • Organizing and developing the tasks of the front employees to match the objectives of the authority

Manager – Corporate HSE Audit

  • Plan, monitor, and facilitate the audits and inspections and supporting in establishing, sustaining and
  • continually improving on the overall RTA’s performance in all areas of Health, Safety & Environment,
  • Enterprise risk Management and Crises and Business Continuity Management Systems directly or through external consultants.
  • Ensuring the risk analysis is dynamic by verification through audits and consultation.
  • Manage and Support overall planning, strategy and monitoring of remedial actions of HSE audits, Enterprise
  • risk Management Audits, Crisis, and business continuity system throughout all Agencies against established rules, procedures and regulations.
  • Overall coordination at Department level Project Management based on the requirements from the RTA Top Management.
  • Manage HSE inspections across the Agencies and Sectors as proactive mechanism to ensure the
  • implementation of Health and Safety requirements by the regulations, standard and RTA Safety Environment Management System.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

  • Monitor and facilitate reporting of RTA Annual performance in the areas of Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Manage and Approve the Enterprise Risk Management Audit programme, Plans and audit findings to
  • test compliance with strategic objectives and goals established by the Top Management and international standards.
  • Respond to accident / emergency / crisis as per the timeline specified, considering the criticality, as per instructions from Management on a 24×7 basis.
  • Manage and Conduct unplanned HSE inspections and site visits to operational sites to ensure conformity to legal requirements and or internal standards as required.
  • Ensure that requirements are integrated into program plans and activities to protect personnel, the facility, and the environment.
  • Ensuring the Corporate Governance effectiveness in the area of HSE, Enterprise risk management and Crisis and Business continuity through the Audits.
  • Manage the coherent RTA Health, Safety and Environmental audit Programme that complement and
  • correspond to the overall HSE policy, legislation and vision of the higher management of RTA.
  • Support in the enhancement of the knowledge of multi- model transit system operated by RTA, including but not limited to Rail, Road, and IT systems.
  • Support RTA’s annual Safety and Environmental auditing as and when required.
  • Manage and approve the Crisis and Business Continuity audit programme, Plans and Audit findings to ensure compliance with CBCMS Policy and requirements established by the Top Management and international standards
